I’m over 50. By a few years.

Some who don’t know my story are a bit surprised and ask what I do to keep in the shape!

Their next question is almost always, “What can I do to get in shape?”  My experience has taught me that developing a fitness discipline that is motivating, comfortable, effective for all body types and sizes, and fun is the key to long term success for my students.

We have the classes for everyone whether you a runner, cyclists, crossfitter, yogi or weekend fitness warrior.   Check out our class descriptions below to find the class that best meets your needs.

Our original Bikram 90  is to hot yoga what love is to marriage.

It is a type of yoga that involves a sequence of set poses and is usually done in a hot room at or above body temperature. The system is scientifically formulated to restore health to every muscle, joint and organ of the body

Participants of all ages and fitness levels notice an increase in energy, strength, balance, flexibility and mental focus. With regular practice, Bikram Yoga helps you to focus your mind and control your breath leaving you with a deep sense of relaxation and well-being. Hot Pilates is a fun, challenging, full body, low impact, high intensity workout using Pilates principles. Performed on a yoga mat & towel in a slightly heated room with energetic music, Hot Pilates is a whole-body workout that strengthens muscles and burns fat without the pounding of a high impact workout.

Class Descriptions

Inferno Hot Pilates

A training system which combines Pilates principles with High Intensive / Low Impact Interval Training.   It is an intense, full body workout designed to strengthen muscles, burn fat, and increase fitness levels.

Details:

This is a level one class, suitable for new students and those with Bikram yoga experience.
This class provides detailed verbal instruction, with attention to moving seamlessly with your breath
Leans to the side of an Active Work (invigorating and physical) practice
This is a hot class (105*)

Bikram90

posture1-670x872The original 90 minute Bikram Beginner’s Yoga class. Two breathing exercises and 26 postures. Designed for all levels. Recommended for students that are new to the Bikram class.

Details:

This is a level one class, suitable for new students and those with interval training experience.
This class provides detailed verbal instruction, with attention to breath, movement, and precision.
Leans to the side of an Active Work (invigorating and physical) practice
This is a warm to moderately hot class (95*)

Bikram60

posture1-670x872A 60 minute Bikram express class. Designed for students who have practiced the 26 and 2 sequence but need a shorter class. Previous Bikram90 experience highly recommended before taking Bikram60.

Bikram Silent

posture12-670x939Bikram Silent is an Instructor led 90 minute Bikram class without verbal dialogue. Designed for students who regularly practice the 26/2 sequence but are looking for more focus and stillness in their practice.

Details:

This is a Level two class, suitable for students who have practiced the 26/2 sequence previously. Leans to the middle of active rest and active work (calming yet invigorating).
This class does not include verbal instruction; rather, the class is practiced in silence.

This is a hot class (105*)

Yin60

Yin60 is a slow-paced practice designed for all levels with poses held for longer periods of time. Yin poses apply moderate stress to the connective tissues – with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. A great class for students new to practicing yoga or wanting a complement to their Bikram practice.

This is a Level One class, suitable for new students and those with yoga experience
This class provides less verbal instruction, with attention to moving seamlessly with your breath
Leans strongly to the side of an Active Rest (relaxing and calming) practice
This is a cool class (75*)
