Class Descriptions

Buti Yoga

Buti Yoga is designed to transform your BODY + SOUL with cardio-intensive bursts of tribal dance, primal movement + core conditioning woven into a dynamic yoga practice.

Details:

This is a Level One class, suitable for new students and those with yoga experience

This class provides detailed verbal instruction, with attention to breath, movement, and precision

Leans to the side of an Active Work (invigorating and physical) practice

This is a non-heated class (75-80*)

Inferno Hot Pilates

A training system which combines Pilates principles with High Intensive / Low Impact Interval Training.   It is an intense, full body workout designed to strengthen muscles, burn fat, and increase fitness levels.

Details:

This is a level one class, suitable for all students. Experience or Flexibility not required.

This class provides detailed verbal instruction, with attention to breath, centering, concentration, and controlled movements.

Leans to the side of an Active Work (invigorating and physical) practice

This is a warm to hot class (95-97 degrees)

Inferno Sculpt

A focused and intense sculpting class that focuses on your Core, Arms, Legs with some added stretching poses (no cardio).   The class features fitness bands and balls for added strengthening of your core.

Details:

This is a level one class, suitable for all students. Experience or Flexibility not required.

This class provides detailed verbal instruction, with attention to breath, centering, concentration, and controlled movements.

Leans to the side of Active Work, invigorating and physical practice.

This is a warm to hot class (95-97 degrees)

Bikram90

The original 90 minute Bikram Beginner’s Yoga class. Two breathing exercises and 26 postures. Designed for all levels. Recommended for students that are new to the Bikram class.

This is a level one class, suitable for new students and those with interval training experience.
This class provides detailed verbal instruction, with attention to breath, movement, and precision.

This is a warm to moderately hot class (95*)

Bikram60

posture1-670x872A 60 minute Bikram express class. Designed for students who have practiced the 26 and 2 sequence but need a shorter class. Previous Bikram90 experience highly recommended before taking Bikram60.

Bikram Silent

posture12-670x939Bikram Silent is an Instructor led 90 minute Bikram class without verbal dialogue. Designed for students who regularly practice the 26/2 sequence but are looking for more focus and stillness in their practice.

Details:

This is a Level two class, suitable for students who have practiced the 26/2 sequence previously. Leans to the middle of active rest and active work (calming yet invigorating).
This class does not include verbal instruction; rather, the class is practiced in silence.

Warm Stretch

Warm Stretch is a slow-paced practiced designed for all levels and ages with poses held for longer periods of time.   The focus is increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility.   A great class for new students who struggle with tight neck, back, hips, or hamstring muscles or a perfect complement to Bikram Yoga and/or Inferno Hot Pilates

This is a Level One class, suitable for new students and those with yoga experience
This class provides less verbal instruction, with attention to moving seamlessly with your breath
Leans strongly to the side of an Active Rest (relaxing and calming) practice

This is a warm class (85-90*)
