Bikram Olympics Fall Challenge

As you have heard us say in class, the most important person in your life is YOU. By taking care of yourself you can take care of your loved ones and more effective accomplish your to-do list. Join us as we start the Bikram Olympics Fall Challenge on September 22nd.
The Challenge consists of challenging yourself to accomplish something with your Bikram Yoga practice that’s just a little beyond what you thought you could do.
Challenge yourself to complete a certain number of classes in 60 days.
Maybe it’s a traditional 30 classes in 30 days, or maybe its one of your own making…something like 3 classes a week for 8 weeks. You set your intention and we and your fellow students will support you on your journey.
That’s it. Pure and Simple. “Challenge” is a commitment of time, but more importantly, it’s a commitment to your health, wellness, and spirit.
