Steven’s warm vinyasa will guide you through a series of postures starting on the floor, then mindfully progressing into standing postures, and then back to the floor ending in a meditative and releasing savasana – stilling the mind, leaving you peacefully energized for the rest of your day. Emphasis will be on connecting the breathe with mindfully flowing movements in and out of postures, while bringing an awareness and a balance to the mind-body. Whether you are new to the vinyasa style of yoga or a seasoned yogi, this class is for you! Note: the yoga room will be warm (93-96 degree range) but not hot.
